    Our time together is infused with the melodic, shamanic qualities of the handpan; and interwoven with vocalizations and an assortment of instruments & sounds inspired by the natural world – the 5 elements of Air, Wind, Water, Fire & Aether – we will travel between stillness and motion to invite more balance within.

  • Lighten up with Laughter!

    In this place where “fake laughter” becomes real, the body & spirit are enjoying the benefits of connecting with the breath in this unique way. Enjoy “structured” improv that includes, you guessed it, laughing, light movement, eye contact, and a healthy dose of silliness! I guarantee you’ll leave feeling lighter! We end with a mini-sound journey before returning to the “everyday world.”

  • What’s a Handpan?!

    During the “Handpan First Touch & Basics” workshop, we will learn about the history & anatomy of the handpan, and discover.

    No prior musical experience is necessary. Bring your curiosity and excitement and be ready to discover the magic of the handpan.

  • Explore your Voice

    My voice is always singing a song…even if it doesn’t sound or feel like one. In our time together, we will explore the voice, through story sharing, improvisation & play, and music. Our aim is not to become “the best singers ever”...instead, to nourish our voice & cultivate a richer, deeper relationship with it.

The Lucia N°03 Light

Hypnagogic Embodied Meditation Light Experience

The light experience is unique for each person and requires no effort or long-term practice. The effects are noticeably palpable even after the very first session.

Help Clear the Mind

As the Lucia is both a stimulation (through light) and a relaxation (through brain entrainment), it helps the individual learn to let go in stressful situations, rather than resist, disassociate, or fight. The Lucia N°03 uses a wide spectrum of light which has been reported to have a great impact for those who suffer with seasonal affective disorder and other types of depressive tendencies.

Optical Neuro-Stimulator

The light combines a stroboscope (flickering light) with a solid light, both available in different degrees of brightness. The interaction of these light sources activate unique ways of experiencing the dynamics of awareness and perception allowing for a visionary journeying experience that is different every time.

Transcendental & Substance Free

Lucia N°03 creates wave patterns in the EEG that would usually only appear after decades of meditation practice. Since this involves real neurostimulation, and not an optical post-image phenomenon, each session is different. This is not Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality, this is your nervous system responding, adapting, and creating your own experience inside of every fiber of your being.
